Amongst the vendors of business intelligence platforms Gartner have over the last year promoted the Microsoft BI-platform from "Challenger" to "Leader".

• Large base of development resources (.NET developers, etc.)
• Full integration with the Office products
as special strengths at the Microsoft BI platform .
Gartner evaluates Microsoft in addition to being the supplier, that best abilities to deliver.
