ebs.dk cooperates – in order to be able to bring in the best possible skills and sufficient resources to serve our customers – with a number of cutting edge competences in relevant areas (.NET, security, SQL Server, business analysis, etc.).
ebs.dk has a number of small, medium and large business partners, which together enable ebs.dk to in terms of resources as well as in terms of competences to resolve even very large and complex projects.
ebs.dk is participating in Microsoft' Partner program and will be a strategically important business intelligence partner for Microsoft.

It is the ebs.dk' experience that close cooperation with the customer' decision makers, experts and users provide the best outcome for the project.
Quality assurance and project management
ebs.dk' quality assurance model and apparatus which includes, amongst other things, that ebs.dk:
1.has established a metadata structure for all business documents and products
2.uses templates for all business documents and products
3.conduct our work by tried and tested and proven methods
4.works accordingly ebs.dk' project manual (PRINCE2) with associated templates for project management and reporting, etc.
In order to prove the ebs.dk' maturity to engage in cooperation with the customer or as a subcontractor in the solution of complex projects ebs.dk is working towards to become CMMI certified at least at level 2.

Generally ebs.dk uses overwhelmingly, and as far as possible standards covered by the Danish public "reference profile catalog".
Kimball Group EDW/BI Lifecycle
Kimball Group's best practice methodology for Data warehouse- / BI-projects "The data warehouse Lifecycle Toolkits" is the basis of the ebs.dk' conduct of Data warehouse- / BI-projects.
PRINCE2
For project management ebs.dk uses PRINCE2, unless customer has other specific wishes.
Open XML
In correspondence with the Danish public open document defaults (i.e. standards for word processing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations) ebs.dk internal documents apply to (ISO/IEC 29500) standard Office Open XML. Among the benefits – in addition to the openness that documents may be freely reproduced, created and be edited – is that the documents are stored in XML while compatibility with existing and new Microsoft Office document formats are preserved.
Interoperability – OIO-NDR-schemas
For description of structured and XML-carried information ebs.dk uses, to the fullest extent possible, XML schemas in accordance with the principles of public "OIOXML standards".
These standards describe, among other things the Naming and Design Rules that schemas must observe to comply with the OIOXML rules.
